Reswell Coaching provides a specialty in coaching for client's who may or may not be experiencing a level of burnout. Our coaching approach is tailored for the needs of the client to work through their experience.

What is our ask?

We are currently looking for client's who are agreeable to taking part in studies to improve the profession of coaching in this specific niche area.

We ask our client's to complete surveys before, during and after the coaching journey. This is to assess how coaching has worked for our client's.

All possible identifiers are anonymised to protect our clients identity.

As a token of our appreciation for our client's contribution the cost of this service is reduced to cover the administration costs of the study only.

Burnout Research

Tony has a keen interest in the wellbeing of employees where he has pursued how coaching approaches can benefit client's wellbeing specifically in relation to burnout in academic research.
Tony is actively publishing his research findings specifically in relation to how Supervision is a fundamental in the self-care of the coach and that of the client. In addition, the value of using contracting as a tool when working with clients who may or may not be experiencing a level of burnout in the workplace or another aspect of their everyday life.
Tony is continuing his academic research in how coaches have experienced burnout and how a coaching approach complements other interventions in recovery.
